ATLANTA – Turner Broadcasting System officials are expected to announce two new cable channels at the National Cable Television Association Convention this week in San Francisco. Turner sources said the company’s board of directors was expected to vote on the move late Friday after the annual shareholders’ meeting. The new channels would be CNN International (which is currently available everywhere but the United States) and Turner Movie Classics, an outlet for TBS’ MGM film library.
