Long Haymes Carr, however, can make such a boast. The Winston-Salem, N.C., agency is doing pro bono work for the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL), which received a Nobel Prize this fall.
LHC has developed print, outdoor and collateral promoting a national lecture tour on the human toll taken by the 100 million landmines buried around the world. The series was developed by the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation, which co-founded the ICBL.
LHC’s campaign features the image of a doll’s severed arm holding a daisy.
