SAN FRANCISCO – Saatchi & Saatchi this week will begin a reorganization here, setting up multi-disciplinary account teams to replace its departments, according to Michael Jeary, president of the agency.
The move, Jeary said, comes in part in response to a growing demand from clients for flexibility in compensation. Account teams arranged according to the individual needs of the client can be less costly to smaller clients than those that simply reflect the agency’s full overhead.
