BOSTON–Deutsch in New York has been selected over finalist Ingalls in Boston to handle Brink’s Home Security’s estimated $10-15 million ad account and was late last week in contract negotiations with the Irving, Texas-based client, sources said. Incumbent Boston Group here was eliminated in an earlier round. The work consists mainly of creating and placing direct response commercials in spot markets nationwide.
