BOSTON–Allen & Gerritsen has promoted its top creative team–Mick O’Brien and Doug Chapman–in an effort to distribute management duties. This follows a two-year growth spurt that has taken the shop from virtual anonymity to the ranks of the region’s mid-sized agencies.
Both O’Brien and Chapman have been promoted from associate creative director to co-creative director. O’Brien also holds the title of vice president. They continue to report to president Paul Allen and oversee the dozen or so creative staffers at the 45-person Watertown, Mass.,
