Halo Technologies, a Tulsa, Okla., firm that specializes in Internet design and support services, has acquired Tulsa agency Fireant Advertising & Marketing.
According to both companies, the acquisition allows Halo to establish a print, radio and television advertising unit while Fireant will bring new technology strengths to the table for its clients.
Terms of the deal, effective Dec. 1, were not disclosed.
Fireant, which will operate as a wholly owned, independent division of Halo, will open additional offices in Oklahoma City, Denver, and Nashville, Tenn.
