Most recently, Murphy worked as a consultant. Before that, he co-founded Barrie D’Rozario Murphy in Minneapolis with Bob Barrie and Stuart D’Rozario, two former Fallon creative directors. The agency opened in 2007 and Murphy left about a year ago.

At Saatchi, Murphy was president of the agency’s office in Torrance, Calif.
