The legal hits keep coming for Meta: Just three days after U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg denied the former Facebook’s second motion to dismiss the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust lawsuit against the company, a bipartisan coalition of 48 attorneys general is taking another shot.

The attorneys general filed their suit in December 2020, at the same time as the FTC, and Boasberg dismissed both lawsuits last June, although he gave the FTC 30 days (later extended) to amend its filing.
