Twitter said it is working on more surfaces on its platform where keywords and accounts that have been muted or blocked will not appear.

The social network said in a Twitter Support tweet that events are first on the list, adding that across Android, iOS and web, events from accounts that users have blocked or muted will not appear in the Explore tab, the “What’s Happening” sidebar, emails or event-based notifications.
