The creative industry has a huge lack of diversity, with only 11% of people in the sector coming from a minority ethnic background, according to the Creative Industries Federation in the U.K. One of the issues is that more than 65% of students from Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups struggle to find creative role models, which can deter them from pursuing a career in that space

With the aim of inspiring more people from minority ethnic groups to choose a creative career, Adobe has enlisted British rapper and actor Little Simz to talk about how she achieved her dreams.
