Pinterest is taking care of its own.

The company kicked off homegrown wellness and intentional self-care program “Pintentions” this week, and its offices worldwide will be shut down Thursday and Friday to enable employees to disconnect and reconnect.

Pinterest initially ran its Pintentions program during the month of May 2020 to help its employees adjust to the changes brought about by the pandemic, and it focused on four topics: prioritizing, controlling, connecting and learning.

The company wrote in a blog post, “This month, we’ll hit the milestone of working from home for one year.
