Facing a social-media firestorm after a video surfaced of Domino’s Pizza employees apparently acting in a highly unhygienic manner, the company’s president on Wednesday, April 15, issued an apology.

Patrick Doyle, president of the chain’s domestic operations, in the clip below described the antics that took place at a Domino’s in North Carolina as an “isolated incident.” Doyle said he was “sickened” by “the actions of two individuals” in the company’s employ and he stressed Domino’s commitment to winning back the trust of the public.

Doyle said Domino’s would review its hiring practices to make sure such behavior doesn’t happen in the future and he thanked the online community for its support.
