The Los Angeles agency takes over traditional advertising and digital chores, as well as media planning and buying, on Aug. 1.
Major media spending by the brand was $11 million last year, up from $9 million in 2008, per Nielsen.
The Syracuse, N.Y.-based client had previously worked with Stern Advertising, an Omnicom-owned shop in Cleveland.
Aspen provides integrated business services to some 240 dental practices in 20 states.
