Physicians group continues to diss milk

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is again criticizing organizations that promote the consumption of milk and other dairy products. Last week, we covered the group’s launch of a spoof campaign that makes fun of “Got milk?”, milk moustaches, etc., with the line “Got lactose intolerance?” Now, according to today’s New York Times, it “has filed petitions with the Federal Trade Commission and the Food and Drug Administration claming that the association between dairy products and weight loss is false and misleading.”
