While we’re on the subject of odes to McDonald’s (see below), this seemed the perfect time to recall a bit of poetry which used to grace the trays on the high-chairs at McDonald’s back in the seventies:

"Who’s round and jolly and full of fun?
"Who’s shaped like a great big hamburger bun?
"Who’s got a job that’s a super breeze?
"‘Who else?’ says Ronald, ‘But Mayor McCheese?’”
