2021 has become the deadliest year of violence against transgender people since records began, with 375 trans people murdered globally so far this year (up from 350 in 2020). Transphobia, anti-LGBTQ+ policies and hate crimes are on the rise in countries around the world.

More recently, British organization LGB Alliance has called for the T (which stands for transgender) to be removed from LGBTQ+

In response to this alarming trend, Amplifund, an initiative founded by the publication Gay Times and LGBTQ+ human rights charity GiveOut, is running a campaign to stand with the trans community.

“Incomplete Without The T,” created by agency Grey London, removes the letter “T” from various words to underscore the necessity of it.
