In today's stupid-baby-naming news, an Israeli couple has reportedly named their baby daughter Like in honor of the Facebook Like button. Lior and Vardit Adler thought the name sounded "modern and innovative," and not at all ridiculous, according to the Israeli news site Galgalatz. "In our opinion, it's the modern equivalent of the name Ahava [Love]," Lior says. "It's just my way of saying to my fantastic daughter, 'Love.'" This follows news over the winter that an Egyptian man had named his daughter Facebook—which admittedly is a whole lot worse than Like—in honor of the site's role in Egypt's revolution.
