Australian bank’s service dramatically good

Goodby, Silverstein & Partners makes a lush, dramatic, monochrome deal out of people getting callbacks and personal service from Australia's Commonwealth Bank in this new self-referential spot. Crikey, what's the big deal? My financial adviser, Vinnie the Shark, calls me all the time, though it's nothing like the idyllic scenes in this campaign. Mostly, he threatens to break my legs if I miss another payment and asks me if I'd like to sing soprano. I told him I'd prefer a free toaster. Still, it beats the service you get at Bank of America. See a second spot from the campaign after the jump.
