Apparently, making Oscar-winning films is rewarding—just not financially so. In an interview on The Huffington Post, Errol Morris reveals that he is once again shooting commercials for Apple. For those who’ve forgotten, Morris (shown here) did the “Switchers” campaign, which resulted in a comical scandal when some people were convinced that one of the participants was high. This time around, Morris will evade such controversy through heavy doses of weird. For the shoot, he says, Apple is building him an “Ames room,” which is a room “built in a completely distorted way in order to create an optical illusion based on perspective.”
