Pepsi may not have purchased any Super Bowl ads this year, but the brand certainly went all-in for the halftime show.

In a pandemic year, R&B star The Weeknd got creative during the Pepsi Super Bowl LV Halftime Show at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla.

The Canadian singer, known for his multiple vocal styles and musical production, performed his top hits, including Starboy, The Hills, Can’t Feel My Face, Earned It and Blinding Lights. He became the first Super Bowl halftime show singer to not have a special guest appear during their performance since Lady Gaga in the 2017 Super Bowl.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, fans couldn’t crowd the field as in years past.
