Parade of Shoes Narrows Review to 2
CHICAGO–The Parade of Shoes division of Payless ShoeSource in Topeka, Kan., narrowed the contender list for creative responsibilities on its $2 million advertising account to two finalists: Barkley Evergreen & Partners and Valentine-Radford, both in Kansas City, Mo., sources said. Eliminated were two other Kansas City shops, Bernstein-Rein Advertising and Muller + Co. Final presentations could be held as early as this week. Callahan Creek in Topeka resigned the account last month.
