LOUISVILLE, Ky.–The University of Louisville, Jefferson County Public Schools and Louisville Metro Government announced anticipated savings of as much as $45,000 on paper purchases as a result of their environmental partnership, where the three organizations agreed to jointly purchase recycled-content paper, according to an article in the (Louisville, Ky.) Courier-Journal. The partners bought more than 450,000 reams of paper last year, the article reported. They also anticipate additional savings from their combined-volume contract.
