Lots of commercials unravel about halfway through. This one does so intentionally. The star of this Australian spot by Saatchi & Saatchi for Aerius allergy-relief medication is a woman who's initially covered by a knitted "woman-mask," complete with perky corporate hairdo and sad, puffy, pollen-inflamed eyes. She's creepy, but old Knitface still looks more appealing than those chicks masquerading as grizzly bears in the anti-Sarah-Palin clip. After our heroine slams down some Aerius, her symptoms ease, and the wool comes apart, strands getting snagged on branches and carried off by a pooch. Actually, I liked her better with the mask on. She looked, I dunno, warm and fuzzy.
