State Farm reminds us of this, not with a gory PSA but with a mobile app called On the Move, which auto-responds to texts while you're driving. The app is free to anyone with an Android smartphone. (Those on other systems, you're on your own.) Currently, the app must manually be turned on—which half defeats the purpose.
