Here's your controversial ad of the day: a full-page newspaper ad that ran in Canada's National Post this week, urging adults to stop "confusing" children by teaching them about gay and transgender people. The ad was rejected by several papers. The Post's advertising sales manager said: "We obviously don't want to offend anyone, but we also understand that everyone has a freedom of speech." As if ad sales has anything to do with freedom of speech.
