Amphibious Ice-Cream Truck Fattens Brits on Land and at Sea

Ice-cream company Frederick's has launched an amphibious ice-cream van to give the British a yummy treat wherever they may be. A Winston Churchill paraphrase on the side of the truck reads, "We will lick them on the beaches." Frederick's might consider removing that. I guess you could say the vehicle puts a whole new spin on making an "ice-cream float." Ha ha! That's a wholly original bit of wordplay. (OK, everyone else thought of it first. Jerks.) It's the perfect ride for a Fudgie the Whale watch! Swimmers, remember to wait 30 minutes to go back in the water after eating a caramel-coated double-fudge parfait. The van floats, but you might not be so lucky. Making-of video after the jump.
