Showtime CEO David Nevins Will Oversee All CBS Networks and Studios as Chief Creative Officer

The promotion helps stablize the company after Les Moonves' exit last month

CBS Corp’s president and acting CEO Joe Ianniello is making moves to shore up the company in the wake of Les Moonves’ exit in September. Today, he elevated Showtime Networks CEO David Nevins to chief creative officer of the company.

The promotion gives Nevins oversight of programming, marketing and research across the entire company, including CBS Entertainment, CBS Television Studios, Showtime Networks, CBS All Access and CBS’ interest in The CW (which the company owns jointly with Warner Bros.).
