NBC will not be the home for the 2022 Golden Globes ceremony, the broadcast network said Monday.

NBC’s decision comes amid ongoing controversy and criticism of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for its lack of diversity among members and questionable ethical decisions. The association has been under fire since February after the Los Angeles Times revealed the group had no Black members and has engaged in dubious financial dealings.
