But The Equalizer broke that curse, as CBS renewed the Queen Latifah series for a second season.

After four episodes, The Equalizer is the season’s No. 1 entertainment series in total viewers. It is tied for No. 1 with Grey’s Anatomy and The Masked Singer in adults ages 18-49.
