Michelle Morgan has finally learned to love her hair unconditionally, and she is using her influence to remind other women that the way they want to show up in the workplace is no one’s business but their own.
“As a Black woman, I’ve struggled with my natural hair, so it was ironic to be put on this account [working on The Crown Act] and really go through this journey myself,” said Morgan, who specializes in paid media campaigns.
