HealthNet's tagline, "Way to care," should be changed to "Way to not give a damn," following the revelation that the company has been putting fake tweets on its outdoor ads. "Affordable, fits my biz needs — smart health plan! #healthnetcares," @Biz_guy1 purportedly gushed, as reported on the HealthNet billboard above. The only problem is, @Biz_guy1 has never tweeted, follows no one and is followed by no one. If you're going to cheat, at least try to be a little less obvious about it.
