One of Saatchi & Saatchi’s new faux-PSA spots for the Toyota Tacoma presents a problem called “adrenalitis”—evidently a lack of enthusiasm, which the Tacoma can supposedly cure. Problem is, adrenalitis is an actual affliction, and it doesn’t exactly sound fun.
