This is amusing: a TV spot from Jerry Springer’s failed gubernatorial bid in Ohio in the early 1980s, in which he admits to hiring a hooker nine years earlier and paying her with a personal check. His best line: “Perhaps like you, I’m not sure what any of this has to do with being governor.”
