One should almost admire the infinite wellspring of gimmickry that is Mark Goodfellow’s All Good Auto advertising. Along with endless plays on his last name and re-enactments of himself as a creepy little oily kid selling bikes, his commericals offer dollar-store knockoffs of pop culture (rap music, mafioso imagery, Tiger Woods jokes), along with checkered suit pants, fake news spots that would make Rupert Murdoch shit a brick, and something called a “fivehundollahgifcertifcate.” Seriously, it’s like the man took every idea he ever had in his life and threw them into these ads.
