A child-advocacy group wants a healthy-living PSA campaign pulled because it features Shrek, the green and not super-svelte animated movie character. Actually, the group, Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood, is upset less about Shrek’s personal waistline and more about all the junk-food tie-ins connected to the latest Shrek film. A rep says: “The food industry and the government can’t have it both ways. Either [Shrek’s] a pitchman for junk food or a spokesman for health and well-being.
