Two agencies, Euro RSCG NY and WONGDOODY, shared this year’s Radio Mercury Awards grand prize. The double-win was a first in the history of the awards, which recognize radio’s most creative commercials.

Euro RSCG NY won for “Cinco”, a spot created for Heineken’s Dos Equis brand. WONGDOODY won for “Dear Me,” a spot created for the Washington State Department of Health.

In another first, Lapiz, a subsidiary of Leo Burnett Worldwide won in two different categories for a spot created in both Spanish and English for Procter & Gamble’s Bounty.
