Hearst Television has agreed to clear Estrella TV (Liberman Broadcasting’s new Spanish-language TV network) on the digital channel of WKCF, the company’s CW affiliate in Orlando. The affiliation deal, announced Thursday (July 16), is the second Estrella TV deal for Hearst, which last week agreed to clear the new Hispanic network on the digital channel of KOAT-TV, its ABC affiliate in Albuquerque.

Set to launch in mid-August, Estrella TV has signed a number of affiliation agreements, including Liberman’s owned-and-operated stations in Dallas, Houston and New York.
