Fox TV Stations, Redlasso Ink Content Deal

Fox Television Stations are increasing the distribution of their local content through a deal with Redlasso, the companies announced Monday (March 23). The deal gives Redlasso the rights to syndicate content from the group’s local newscasts and make the content available to its registered bloggers and news-oriented Web sites.

“We want people to have the opportunity to see our content when they are on other Web sites,” said Ron Stitt, vp of digital media, for Fox Television Stations, which shares in the revenue from the arrangement.
