Estrella TV, Liberman Broadcasting’s new Spanish-language TV network set to launch in third quarter, announced Friday (May 15) it has signed an affiliation agreement with Titan Broadcasting.

The agreement gives the new network clearance in the ninth and eleventh largest Hispanic TV  markets of San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose and Sacramento-Stockton-Modesto.

Titan will clear Estrella TV on KTNC-TV, which serves both markets. Combined, KTNC reaches more than five percent of the U.S. Hispanic population, extending Estrella TV’s reach to 53 percent.

Estrella has singed a number of affiliation deals over the past few months, to clear the network in Miami and several Texas markets, including Liberman’s owned-and-operated stations in Dallas, Houston and New York.
