In a move that could vault it to the top of the ratings ranks, WSB-AM, Cox Media Group’s News/Talk station in Atlanta began a simulcast Monday (Aug. 16) on the FM dial at 95.5 (WBTS-FM). With the change, The Beat, a Top 40 Rhythmic format, moves to the Web at www.955thebeat.com
