AdLib Media Group named Cindy Kidney as its new chief operating officer. Kidney will tap into her experience in programmatic advertising and business transformation to advance growth and innovation at the agency.

AFX Creative welcomed Felix Urquiza as its new executive creative director. Urquiza will lead the creative team and lead strategy development at the content studio.

BMB

BMB named Emma Gunning as its new business lead. Gunning will lead the agency’s marketing and PR to propel it into future growth.

Brave Spark

Brave Spark, an MSQ creative studio, made its first hires in New York as it continues to expand global operations. Qianwen Huang and Eric Yoon were chosen to join Brave Spark New York as its inaugural senior creative team.

Chemistry

Chemistry named Taylor Grimes as its new chief strategy officer. Grimes will lead the strategy department, empowering clients to establish growth strategies and build scalable growth.

Cut+Run

Cut+Run welcomed Amburr Farls as its new managing director. Farls will work to elevate creative and precision in how the agency serves its clients.

Dept

Dept hired Marlena Edwards as its new head of people and culture for the Americas. Edwards will lead the development and implementation of the agency’s talent strategy for the Americas, as well as leading the people and culture and talent acquisition teams.

FlyteVu

FlyteVu made three new hires as it continues to further its growth trajectory. Linda Knight joined as creative advisor, Brooks Parker as vp of new business development and Purvi Patel as account director.

Gut

Gut appointed Katherine O’Brien as executive creative director. O’Brien will oversee the delivery of effective and impactful work for clients.

Hims & Hers

Hims & Hers named Dan Kenger as its first chief design officer. Kenger now leads all design across the organization, and will continue his previous responsibilities overseeing the creative team.

Huge

Huge named Chidi Archara as its new chief product officer. Matt Weiss was also appointed as chief brand officer.

Iris

Iris named a trio of senior appointments to bolster its health offering. Avril Furness joined as creative director, Marie Little as managing director and Harriet Masters as project director.

Journey Further

Journey Further named Lisa Vigorito as its new chief financial officer. Vigorito comes from her previous 16 year tenure as chief solution officer at Jellyfish, and will now be responsible for Journey Further’s financial strategy advancement and fiscal and commercial excellence. 

London Alley

London Alley welcomed Sidney Van Wichelen to its directorial roster. The Cannes Lions director has recognized with top advertising awards like D&AD, The Effie Awards, The One Show and The Webby’s.

M&C Saatchi

M&C Saatchi named Zaid Al-Qassab as its new CEO. Al-Qassab brings extensive experience across marketing, digital, product, communications and PR, advertising and media.

My Code

My Code named Lizet Ocampo as its new executive director of political. Ocampo will lead election campaign efforts and support campaigns for organizations looking to connect with diverse audiences.

Publicis Groupe ANZ

Publicis Groupe Anz appointed Clare Pickens as the new CEO of Leo Burnett Australia. Pickens brings experience leading brand strategy and creative quality for brands like Uber, Nike, Mondelez and Netflix.

PureRed

Sonny Thomas was promoted to chief creative officer at PureRed. Thomas will work to steer the agency’s creative vision and establish it as a leader in retail advertising.

Radish Music

Radish Music welcomed emmy-nominated music supervisor Kier Lehman to its team. Kier is known for his work on Academy Award-winning “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” and “The Lego Movie.”

RevHealth

RevHealth named Marcia Goddard as chief creative officer. Goddard previously served as chief creative officer at Fishawack Health, and brings deep expertise in collaborative team building and commercial savviness.

Sibling Rivalry Films

Sibling Rivalry Films welcomed Angie Su to its roster of directors. Su is known for her work with brands like Pepsi and Pizza Hut, as well as stars like former Hamilton star Chris Lee and cellist Lynn Harrell.

Talon

Talon named Sue Frogley as its new group CEO. Frogley will tap into over 30 years of experience to lead the company globally as it furthers growth and expansion.

The Shipyard

The Shipyard appointed advertising expert Nigel Carr as its new chief strategy officer. Carr will lead strategy, brand planning and insights for the agency.

Transmit

Transmit is expanding its leadership team with the addition of Bo Han as chief commercial officer. Han will lead the development of the agency’s commercial strategy, focusing on accelerating revenue growth and business development.

Wieden+Kennedy

Wieden+Kennedy announced two new leaders for its team in Latin America. Camila Hamaoui will serve as managing director of the Sāo Paolo office and Rodrigo Jatene will serve as CCO Latam.
