Revolving Door Roster Updates: Accenture Song, BBH, Media+, Wavemaker & More

We’re closing out the week with the biggest hires, promotions and expansions in the agencies world.

Accenture Song

Accenture Song named Bryan Yasko its Northeast lead. Yasko will lead and grow the agency’s business in the Northeast, including the shaping and delivering of strategy and vision for the region.



BBH welcomed Selma Ahmed and Genevieve Gransden as creative directors. The pair is known for its groundbreaking Midnight Ramadan League campaign for EA Sports, as well as seven years of successful campaigns at adam&eveDDB.

Big Spaceship

Big Spaceship hired three new senior leaders. Elizabeth Behler joined as head of brand, Kristen Goodhue joined as vp, program management and Alessandra Pinho joined as vp, strategy.

Blue Table Post

Blue Table Post welcomed editor Dana Bol to its creative collective. Bol is known for engaging and authentic narratives through campaigns with Gillette, HP, US Navy and Esquire.


Captify named Mike Welch its new CEO. Welch brings decades of experience leading product, sales, advertising, corporate strategy and business development at AT&T, and most recently served as CEO at Xandr. 

Integral Ad Science

Sam Cox was named svp of product management at Integral Ad Science. Cox will oversee global product strategy and execution for the programmatic and optimization solutions product portfolio, including products like context control, quality sync and total visibility.


Media+ promoted Hope Richards to media director. Richards will offer leadership and mentorship to client teams, acting as a cross-team liaison to ensure collaboration across departments.


Meta hired Erik Hawkins as vice president of global partners. Hawkins will lead the global client and agency teams, including relationships with the largest worldwide marketers, government and social impact organizations, consultancies and industry trade groups and telco and fintech partners.


OKRP made four new promotions to deepen its leadership bench. Ben Pfutzenreuter and Matt McNulty were named executive creative directors, Kate Roche was naked group creative director and Christina Nguyen was named executive producer.

Prose on Pixels

Prose on Pixels welcomed creative editor Paul Reson as head editor. Reson will work to bolster the agency’s Create live action and post production team. 


Superfly expanded its executive leadership team as it launched its new experience lab. Steve Milton joined as chief innovation officer and Inessah Selditz joined as executive creative director.

The Broad

The Broad welcomed Elyse Mallouk as chief strategy officer in Los Angeles. Mallouk will lead brand development across digital and in-person experiences, global audience growth and the diversity apprenticeship program.


Voyager welcomed Chrris Lowe to its creative roster for representation in the U.S. Lowe is known for dynamic storytelling and filmmaking in commercials, music videos and documentaries for clients like Spotify, Ally Bank and Rapha Sportswear.


Wavemaker named Premjeet Sodhi as global head of measurement and analytics. Sodhi will join the agency’s global consultancy, supporting clients in adopting marketing practices to advance transformative growth, protect outcomes in the near-term and create advantage in the long-term.
