After a string of unsuccessful reality launches that include Greatest American Dog, Secret Talents of the Stars, Kid Nation, and Armed & Famous, CBS reality chief Ghen Maynard is exiting his job at the network.
Maynard, executive vp of alternative programming and entertainment content for new media at CBS Paramount Network TV Entertainment Group, will move into a producing deal at the net that gives CBS and the CW first right of refusal on Maynard’s new projects.
