I almost can’t believe I’m saying this, but something unrelated to giant dog penises premiered in Second Life recently: Coke’s “Happiness Factory” sequel, a miniature epic in which the Neverhood-esque vending machine universe runs out of Coke and has to get more. It took more than 50 3D designers to make this fun short film, but unfortunately they didn’t improve the Cokeworld’s scary working conditions. OSHA would shit its collective pants if an American company sent an employee out in a flying contraption that rickety. However, it’s nice to see a halt in their snowman genocide at least. And it did capture my imagination, if only because when I was a kid I thought stoplights were powered by little gnomes who lived inside them.
