In the interest of happy endings, I think I should note that Lifetime and EchoStar’s DishNetwork have stopped chucking the fine china at each other and made up.  EchoStar—which dropped Lifetime after the New Year, sparking a round of trash-talking—will once again offer the channel’s signature schlocky melodramas.
