Hiring and onboarding new employees completely virtually is a foreign concept for most employers, including Everlywell. But with the institutional changes brought about by the global pandemic in the last 12 months, like a paradigm shift toward remote work, the onboarding process is arguably now an even more crucial component of an employee’s overall work experience.
