Satellite TV giant Dish Network unveiled a reshuffle of its management team Monday as it tries to regain subscriber growth and operational momentum it has lacked in recent quarters.

Bernie Han, previously executive vp and CFO, has been promoted to COO. In the expanded role, he will oversee Dish’s operations, information technologies and finance functions.

Executive vp Tom Cullen has also assumed additional responsibilities. He will now oversee all sales and marketing functions in addition to his existing management of programming operations.

Both Han and Cullen report to Dish chairman, president and CEO Charlie Ergen.
