It looks like AMC’s Breaking Bad will stay on the network for the rest of its run.

Following difficult negotiations between AMC and the show’s producer, Sony Pictures TV, the two have finally agreed to a deal to renew the series for a final 16 episodes, Deadline reported. The episodes will be filmed together but could be split into two seasons.

Earlier this month, as AMC pushed for cuts to both Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead, people complained that the network’s massive Mad Men budget was bleeding its other series dry.
