-Just in case you missed it, Adweek created buzz this week by naming its 2023 Agency of the Year winners.

-Ogilvy, celebrating its 75th anniversary, had another reason to rejoice as it was named the 2023 Global Agency of the Year.

-Gut won two awards, including the Breakthrough Agency of the Year and International Agency of the Year for Gut Buenos Aires.

-Mischief @ No Fixed Address continues to rise in the industry and Adweek named the shop the U.S. Agency of the Year.

-The Community broke through as the Multicultural Agency of the Year.

-Alto continues to make cinematic, engaging and entertaining advertising and was named the U.S. Small Agency of the Year.

-At nearly 90 years old, Minneapolis agency Colle McVoy might seem old, but the shop has built a vibrant culture of winning, earning it the U.S. Midsize Agency of the Year.

-Keeping with the theme “Building a Better Agency” for the Agency of the Year issue, Adweek combed the entries of the 34 finalist agencies to highlight the standards the best shops have set for PTO, parental leave, DEI and more.
