NEW YORK CBS Mobile has elevated Jeff Sellinger to evp and general manager in the wake of Cyriac Roeding’s departure.

Roeding, who launched the division in 2005, has left to pursue his own entrepreneurial endeavors, according to the company.

Sellinger, svp of CBS Mobile since December 2007, has been with the division since 2005 working in different capacities. In his most previous role, he was responsible for the overall operations of the business, which included creating and running the 24-hour CBS Mobile television network, mobile video services, in-show interactivity, content, mobile Web and mobile advertising.
